Who’s going for CATS Classified CAR-nival 2012?

While the recent Super Import Nights was an exhibition of aftermarket parts and accessories – or some may argue a display of hot bods more than the rods – the next mega automotive event in Singapore is the CATS Classified Car-nival.

295023_447870241898557_1732334970_nThe Car-nival is a car exhibition of new and pre-owned cars, as well as motoring accessories to improve your driving experience. For example, in light of all the crazy accidents that happened over the past few weeks, you might want to get an in-car camera to record evidence in times of emergencies, or simply enhance the entertainment value of your drive by upgrading your audio system.

Last year, the Car-nival welcomed over 60,000 visitors in its three-day run and had lots of motoring deals, as well as exciting stage programmes including a race queen contest. Coming our way on 8 July at Singapore Expo Hall 5, the Car-nival will only be a one-day event this time, but with no less attractive promotions and discounts like before.

The car industry is still experiencing rising COE premiums and car companies are doing their best to make the deal more attractive for buyers, by offering promotions like extended warranties, more comprehensive after sales packages, cash rebates or free insurance and road tax.

Taking part in the Car-nival for the first time, Benjamin Yeo, managing director of Urban Motors says, “The CATS Classified Car-nival has been the go-to place for people interested in getting a new or pre-owned car as the prices there are more competitive than usual. Instead of going from showroom to showroom, consumers can have them all (or at least most) in a day at the exhibition. We hope to create more awareness for our brand, improve sales in the process, and also gain some media exposure and interact with many customers at one time.”

Embarking on a plan to understand the market more and cater to customers’ needs and preferences better, Urban Motors is also considering a private event for their exclusive clients sometime later this year for relationship building.

When you are at the Car-nival, remember to look for the Urban Motors booth (booth nos. P22, 24, 25) and find out more about their attractive deals as well as special interest rates, only for that day! Be the first 500 to receive a free goodie bag and any purchase made at the Urban Motors booth will come with a sure-win draw consisting of prizes such as the top prize of the new Samsung Galaxy S3, complimentary servicing sessions and shopping vouchers.

There will also be a balloon sculpting artist who can twist the balloon to a shape or design of your kids’ choice. Not forgetting to give back to the society, Urban Motors will also be making charitable efforts in aid of the Singapore Cancer Society.

Admission for the CATS Classified Car-nival is free and open to the public, so make it a family day or round up a group of friends and head down to the Car-nival on 8 July…
