That’s probably one of the most common weight loss excuses, along with:

“I’m too busy.”

“I have no time.”

“I love food too much.”

“My job doesn’t allow me to diet.”

“Dieting is torture.”

“I’m naturally fat.”

“Life is too short.”

toon1231I have been on a lifelong weight battle process and sometimes I really feel like just giving up! I travel quite frequently and as a result I consume so much processed foods and snacks that I’m afraid I am lacking in some key vitamins and minerals.

Anyway it’s important to have a healthy body and not just be skinny, so I’ve decided to get my act together and have a proper lifestyle – eat right, sleep right, get fit.

It’s not so much about dieting, but rather, about getting a balanced diet and making sure you’re fueling your body right. I’m not talking about starvation or depravation, but moderation.

I’ll be sharing my journey with you so hopefully you can start healthy living too! (If you’re not already doing so!) For a start, here are some funny comics related to weight loss:
