“I’ll start my diet tomorrow.”
That’s probably one of the most common weight loss excuses, along with:
“I’m too busy.”
“I have no time.”
“I love food too much.”
“My job doesn’t allow me to diet.”
“Dieting is torture.”
“I’m naturally fat.”
“Life is too short.”
I have been on a lifelong weight battle process and sometimes I really feel like just giving up! I travel quite frequently and as a result I consume so much processed foods and snacks that I’m afraid I am lacking in some key vitamins and minerals.
Anyway it’s important to have a healthy body and not just be skinny, so I’ve decided to get my act together and have a proper lifestyle – eat right, sleep right, get fit.
It’s not so much about dieting, but rather, about getting a balanced diet and making sure you’re fueling your body right. I’m not talking about starvation or depravation, but moderation.
