Visiting Taiwan for the first time

Written by Cheryl Tay on . Posted in Cheryl Tay Blog | Blog Post of Cheryl Tay

This is my first time visiting Taiwan and I always enjoy going to new places. Taking the 7.10am flight out on Jetstar Airways, I landed at the Tao Yuan Airport around 12 noon.

I’m here with my sister for some sister bonding before she returns to Australia when her summer vacation ends.

After leaving our luggage with the hotel concierge (check-in was only available after 3pm), we went to explore Ximending and this was our first meal: Mee Sua!

Check out these candied fruits… they were too sweet though, way too sweet!

Fooling around with some Hello Kitty specs that my sister bought off the street!331423_10150564675172710_602152709_8706349_930070665_o
