You read my earlier entries about Motor Tracks secretly filming me for years, you learnt how Motor Tracks got to be friends with me finally and invited me on to their show for an exclusive interview, you saw the photos of the 2-day filming I had with them at Coco Kart & Bar and some of you also took part in the little DVD giveaway I had for the Motor Tracks edition which featured the interview.
For those who didn’t get a chance to do any of the above, let me save you the confusion and just go straight to the video. Thank you Don Leow who took the effort and trouble to ‘rip out’ the segment of my interview in Motor Tracks #78 (it’s a DVD magazine):
Please don’t take offence at my English here – I was speaking in very basic and simple English otherwise they can’t understand me! Those who know me well will know that I can pull off the ‘ang moh’ accent when I want to!
If you didn’t understand anything in the interview, basically they noticed me in 2009 at Formula Drift Singapore when I was interviewing Marcus Lim (co-founder of Formula Drift Asia) and they thought I was cute and interesting because the media in Thailand are always so eager to cover themselves up for fear of the sun, but there I am all exposed to the sun in a tank top and shorts. So finally through a mutual friend the crew at Motor Tracks got to know me and kindly invited me to be on their programme!
They took me to an indoor go-kart track in Bangkok before taking me to Khao Yai for a day of sightseeing at Palio Khao Yai Village Mall (an artificial Italian village) and Life Park, an adventure theme park.
Here are some snap shots from the interview:
Thank you Motor Tracks!
