With the F1 action for 2012 concluding on November 25 in Brazil, it will soon be time to review the racing highlights of the past year.

Pirelli, the official F1 tyre supplier, has unveiled a very different way to look back at the 2012 Grand Prix season – from a culinary perspective.

The new e-book “Miles and Meals: Handcrafted by Pirelli” will take you on a gastronomic journey through all the F1 destinations with 20 F1-inspired recipes.

Each recipe has been created by Pirelli’s head chef Fabrizio Tanfani.

The dishes, while based on Italian cuisine, are inspired by the 20 locations of the F1 Grand Prix. For example, the dish influenced by the Singapore F1 is a fillet of sea bream in a clam and red prawn sauce.
