If you haven’t already noticed, April marked a very important time for Autosport Asia, the sister publication of Autosport magazine, the weekly authority on all motor sport, published from the UK since 1950. If you haven’t already seen it in newsstands and good book stores, then you aren’t looking hard enough!
Regarded by fans and industry alike as the bible for motorsports news analysis, Autosport’s editorial remit covers all aspects of the sport, from the major international series such as Formula 1, IndyCar and World Rally to grass roots club motor sport.
Published monthly Autosport Asia will take the best of the UK’s news content and combine it with local South East Asia motor sport news with and editorial split of 50% international and 50% local South East Asia motorsport news that will be delivered in the same incisive, editorial style which characterises the UK publication.
Autosport Asia will be distributed initially in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong and Macau with more markets to follow. The publication will be priced to reflect market dynamics in each market.
The magazine will provide a much needed platform for the region to focus specifically on motorsport news and will fill a gap that exists in these markets where there is no dedicated authoritative medium through which to report all local South-East Asia motorsport accurately.
In addition to the printed magazine which will run to a minimum 100 pages for each issue, publisher Bespoke Media will launch an eMagazine edition, a Digital Magazine edition and all of the local and regional content will be available on a dedicated website.
The entire brand platform of Autosport Asia will represent a significant commercial opportunity for every company, brand and individual involved in motorsport in South-East Asia, whether that company operates race teams, race series, or is a series sponsor. Individuals such as fans, drivers, mechanics or engineers will look to Autosport Asia as the definitive place to find the most accurate news in the motorsport news.
