Formula Drift S’pore 2011: Adam’s successful marriage proposal to Grace

Using this unique opportunity to propose to his girlfriend, Singaporean drifter Adam Toh went on one knee and asked for Grace’s hand in the middle of the track at Formula Drift Singapore 2011.

First, Grace was announced the winner of a ‘lucky draw’ (she must be thinking, since when did I take part in one?!) and was to come down to the track to collect her prize.

Standing on the track in front of the crowd and wondering what was going on, Adam then appeared with his R34 down the straight in his racing suit.

He started doing donuts around her, still letting her wonder what’s happening.248924_216852905015621_131620790205500_666661_7298184_n

Coming out of the car with a bouquet of red roses, he coyly asked if she would agree to continue drifting with him for the rest of his life – or something along those lines – as it was drifting that brought them together.

The mike was passed to Grace and her resounding “Yes!” embarked them on a new chapter of their journey together in life.

Congratulations Adam and Grace!

Here’s to a lifetime of bliss:)
