Only 26 drivers made a score to qualify for tomorrow’s tandem battles!
Tengku Djan is in good shape, taking top spot on his own turf and making good on his return to Formula Drift Asia. Bad boy Fai is right up there with Djan in second place, followed by Amandio in third who’s proving that his North American drifting exposure is beneficial!
Hot favourite Daigo Saito is in fourth, but that’s no issue for him as his specialty lies in tandem battles with his aggressive assasination skills. Demas Agil of Indonesia does well to round up the top five.

Because there are only 26 drivers within the Top 32 battle bracket, we will see some walkovers – Djan, Daigo, Demas, Ah Fai, Amandio and Ivan Lau will automatically advance to the Top 16 should their cars be mechanically sound and the mandatory solo run is done.
