Revamped showroom is home to three marquees – Porsche, Rolls-Royce and MINI
After two years of extensive renovations, multi-brand car dealer Eurokars Group’s new flagship facility located on 27/29 Leng Kee Road has officially opened its doors.
Built to the tune of S$42 million, the Eurokars City Centre is the newest and tallest showroom along the prime Leng Kee auto belt. The six-storey facility houses three premium automobile brands—Porsche, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and MINI under one roof.
Mr Karsono Kwee, Executive Chairman of Eurokars Group, said that the revamp will provide luxury car enthusiasts a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
“The Eurokars Group’s brand promise has always been to deliver the finest purchase and ownership experience for our customers. No expense was spared in creating a luxurious environment for our customers. Our sizeable investment in the new Eurokars City Centre is a timely demonstration of our commitment to the brands we represent and also to our valued customers. With the new Eurokars City Centre, we hope to further cement our reputation as the provider of premium automobiles here in Singapore,” said Mr Kwee.
Enhanced state-of-the-art customer experience at Eurokars City Centre
Keeping pace with the growing role of technology in enhancing its customers’ shopping and ownership experience, Eurokars Group will be rolling out a couple of technology-centric initiatives in line with the new facility’s opening. For a start, Porsche will be the first automotive brand in Singapore to partner with Google for its Business Photos project, presenting a comprehensive view of the new showroom interiors to the public. Anyone searching for Porsche Centre Singapore on Google Maps will be able to take a virtual tour inside the building with the Google Business Photos.
Additionally, a Eurokars Group application will be available on the iOS platform beginning 22 March 2013. The app will allow customers to find out more about news and happenings from Eurokars Group, and it will progressively be updated to allow customers to pre-book their car servicing appointments and receive up-to-date notifications about their car’s specifications, among other things.
Customers can also look forward to a larger and state-of-the-art After-Sales department, serviced by the largest car elevators in Singapore, to accommodate the six metre long Rolls-Royce. More importantly, waiting time for service and repair sessions will be shortened, which will help enhance the overall ownership experience and customer satisfaction.
One of the key highlights of the new Eurokars City Centre is the exclusive Customer Lounge on level two. Furnished in inviting shades of soft gold, warm beige and antique white, the lounge welcomes you with a warm and exclusive atmosphere immediately upon entrance. The lounge also features a full-service indoor bar and complimentary wi-fi, all designed with customer enjoyment in mind. A social event space that is adjacent to an outdoor patio area on the third floor is the perfect space for future showroom events and exclusive customer gatherings.
When evening arrives, the Eurokars City Centre will gleam and sparkle with the help of an avant-garde LED light façade, lending a futuristic and creative vibe to the building’s exterior. Not to be outdone by its stylish exterior, the facility’s interior is equally outstanding, and much thought was put in ensuring a seamless transition among the distinctly different Porsche, Rolls-Royce and MINI showrooms in the 76,000 square feet complex.
Distinctive showroom facilities for Porsche, Rolls-Royce and MINI
The new Eurokars City Centre features two expanded showrooms for Porsche and Rolls-Royce. Located on level one, Porsche Centre Singapore will now have the capacity to display eight cars, twice as many as the previous showroom. Porsche enthusiasts can also look forward to a more extensive range of merchandise from a brand new Driver’s Selection by Porsche Design store area on the mezzanine level. The lifestyle collection features everything from apparel, watches, and accessories to miniature Porsche model cars. The new showroom is also equipped with two Porsche Car Configuration rooms—one on the first floor and another on the mezzanine level—where customers can personalize their very own Porsches.
The brand new two-storey Rolls-Royce showroom is the largest in Southeast Asia. 2013 also marks the tenth year of Rolls-Royce in Singapore under the Eurokars Group dealership. To commemorate this milestone, a special Singapore edition of the Rolls-Royce Ghost Extended Wheelbase will be exclusively commissioned. Customers of this prestigious marque can look forward to spending time detailing bespoke requirements for their cars in the tranquil and exclusive Rolls-Royce personalisation lounge. Two enormous car lifts—the largest in Singapore—ensure that even the longest six-metre Rolls-Royce Phantom can be transported with ease within the building.
The refreshed MINI Habitat can now display up to seven exciting MINI models at any one time. MINI lovers can also look forward to shopping at the dedicated MINI Lifestyle retail area on level one. Level two will contain a display area devoted to the flagship MINI John Cooper Works range. Dedicated iPad stands are positioned next to each car display, and customers can readily obtain more information about each car.
