BMW Malaysian Open Names DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur as Official Hotel for Second Consecutive Year

Stay with the stars and catch the best WTA players in action with hotel’s special BMW Malaysian Open room package


KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – January 19, 2012 – DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur is proud to be named the official hotel for BMW Malaysian Open for two years running. The hotel today has unveiled its specially-tailored BMW Malaysian Open room package priced at MYR390++ for a night at the Guestroom category and MYR550++ per night for the Executive Room category. The room package includes breakfast for two, two tickets to the semi-finals and finals, and return transfers from the hotel to the game venue. Available from 1 to 4 March 2012, a minimum booking of two nights’ stay is required.

The BMW Malaysian Open will be held from 27 February until 4 March 2012 at the Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort. The open will see top players from the WTA (Women’s Tennis Association), who will compete for a prize purse of US$220,000 and valuable World Ranking Points. Confirmed front-runners for the BMW Malaysian Open 2012 are seven-time Grand Slam winner and former world number one Venus Williams, world number nine Marion Bartoli and China’s rising star, Shuai Peng.
